You can fix that tip right?
Yes. I will grind the spine down a bit. Should end up looking a bit like the delica tip. But I am ok with that. Pics will follow. :spyder:

Re: AFI Performance Flash Batch

Yes! So this is actually going to happen!!?

K390 is quite alright with me. Even if there is a longer wait. Although I would still be happy with any of the Japan/Hitachi steels. It’s that high/full hollow I am really after.

Of the ones I own currently, Native and Bushcraft. But I would ideally put the Proficient in place of the Bushcraft. I just don’t have one yet. Yet... That's actually a quite practical choice. As long as you can also carry the fixed blade in your day to day life whenever you want to. I am lucky eno...

Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?

Made it 99% through before the tip finally gave. 30 mins of hard stabbing, prying, and twisting. This is one tough bugger. Wow that's impressive coming from thinly ground CPM S30V! How's the edge sharpness? It still scrape shaves at the tip, and pops ‘em off at the heel. It’s not that thin anymore ...

Re: What did you use your Spyderco for last?

I was not aware the WolfSpyder had a Scandi edge, or did you put it on yourself? It comes scandi. With a secondary microbevel. Happy to see you sorted it out mate. :) I take all my Scandis to zero and maintain with a strop so they end up a little convex too in between sharpening. What did you do to...

You shouldn’t do things like that while the bachelorette’s on. You might do something regrettable to yourself or the TV...
Haha! But it’s the reason I have two hours of opportunity while she’s distracted.... ;)

Hey Bloke. I hastily took your earlier joke as a challenge, and went for the handle too. One solid strike with a 2x4 baton. Lesson learned. This is gonna take a while to repair..... [/IMG] Terribly sorry to see the damage on your blade McGrit. Hope it hasn’t upset you too much mate. Not at all! You...

Re: Have recent releases confused you?

The S90V Shaman and Chief are available from reputable dealers on eBay and elsewhere right now for MAP prices. The Maxamet PM2 has a lot of pent up demand and FOMO behind it. It'll restock and the market will settle I believe. You’re right about FOMO Maxamet. I spent my S90V Shaman money on one two...

Ditto! I enjoy all of your photos with the Hap40 Endura. That thing does more in a weekend than I do all month!! It may very well be my next purchase. Mainly from seeing your pics :spyder:
