Re: NEW: MGE Wholesale Teal Native5 Exclusive

Maybe the differences we see in the color is how our eye perceives? The Native handle being wider and presenting more area looks lighter than the narrow handles of the other knives

Re: Asking for advice: How to restore a (just slightly) blunted tip?

Grind the spine down. If you do not have an extra coarse bench stone you can use sandpaper. Tape a piece of 100 grit to your kitchen counter and grind the spine away. You can then move to 220 and then 400 grit to give it a smoother finish if you want. I have done this many, many times. This is smal...

Super smooth. Great stuff from St. Nicks!
Silky smooth, the complete opposite of the DLT purple PM2 disaster

Great work SNK!

Re: Dragonfly vs Lil' Native

Lil Native is my choice, nice chunky ergo's, and G10 scales. The DF just feels to small especially with the frn scales. However for a small knife I would choose the Chap

Re: Sun/Moon Chappy

Chaparral Sun & Moon arrived today. This a really nice knife, super fit and finish and the white vs black scales really set the knife apart. The inlays are very will done, tight. I will take the clip off this one are carry on those days where a classy look is the way

Re: Something I do not understand about the Chaparral

Recently acquired a Chap in CF the lockbar was very stiff and uncomfortable to disengage. Dissembled the knife and slid the lockbar spring slightly forward (about 1/8"), fixed the problem.

Thx to Sharp Guy & cptdean for the fix!

Re: Blade HQ copper rex45 pm2

The weight of this one could be felt just in the shipping box! I have to say I really like the heft. A quick trip to the scales shows the copper Para 2 to weigh in about 100grams more than a Para 2 with G10 scales.

It will be cool to see this one patina

Re: What’s Your Favorite Underrated Sleeper Knife?

The Brouwer: nice leaf blade, mix of TI and G10 for the scales, excellent ergo's, and a cool shaping of the end on the pivot side of the knife

Re: Which Spyderco should I buy?

You do not say what you have in mind for use?

For EDC I would choose the Sage 5: great ego's...it just fits into your hand (especially when utilizing the choil), classic leaf shaped blade, compression lock, cool scales, and S30v is a good steel...easy to sharpen and works fine for everyday use

Thanks for sharing AND thanks for keep us informed! I am still a bit surprised at the value this knife brings at the the $140 price point, outstandi...

Delica comes to mind as the knife, however when I hear Spyderco my first thought is often the Sharpmaker as I had one of these long before being aware of Spyderco knives

I will probably get blasted for what I am going to say, but what the heck. I am glad Rick converted his friend to the best knife brand on the planet, but; the knife should be returned. Obviously there was an honest error on the seller's end. I am not a "goody two shoes", but I have learned over the...
