Re: **ALERTS ONLY** 15V SHAMAN THREAD (Leave comments in the 15V Shaman! Thread)
You’re a lucky Cowboy. After getting a confirmation of my order, I got a call fAG Russell “they couldn’t find the last one in the warehouse” and said they were canceling the order and crediting my card. At least my wife was happy

Re: **ALERTS ONLY** 15V SHAMAN THREAD (Leave comments in the 15V Shaman! Thread)
I was just able to order one from AG Russell. I’m stoked to get my first Shaman. I’m glad I waited and hope the hype is based on a solid foundation.
I also hope there’s more for any who want one.

So nobody knows when the 2022 Reveal knives will be here?
I’m hoping to pocket the Blk/Ben 390 Native Chief.

Re: did somebody say magnacut manix...?!
Please give us a Manix 2 (LW or G-10) in Magnacut! Screws would be very nice, along with blue locative - not red thank you. A titanium cage would get me to spare no expense! My Maxamet Manix 2 LW has found its way into full time service but from what we’ve been told, the Magnacut could replace it be...

I think you’ll like the Manix 2 in Cruwear if your going to be dropping your knife

Re: How tough is Cruwear?
Manix 2 Cruwear is much better in the garden toughness-wise than my Manix LW in Maxamet. I have to be very careful with the Maxamet or it’ll chip.

Re: Making a burr
I can get Maxamet very sharp but have difficulty raising a burr on a Naniwa 800 stone. Perhaps using my Wicked Edge diamonds will produce a burr?

Re: Any experience with Itamae knives?
I really like our Bunko Bocho but my wife is totally intimidated by it’s size so one of the smaller Itamae Spydie-Carter’s will find it’s way here soon. It performs very well and the handle is a work of art. I enjoy using it every time it comes out. My only problem is the Mrs. doesn’t want a magneti...

Re: Do you disassemble your knife to lubricate it?
I’d like to be able to disassemble my Spydercos to make it easier to chamfer the sharp edges of their handles. Occasional cleaning would be nice. Nothing let’s me know how dirty my pockets are than an EDC with the smallest amount of excess oil around the pivot and lock.

Interesting the pitting doesn’t appear in the sharpened edge. It appears to be concentrated on the outer surface. I really like my Manix LW Maxy!

Re: How do you join Collectors Club?
Bloodletting would be easier for me. Even Carothers and Fiddleback Friday sales offer more hope.
I guess that’s why I/we appreciate getting that “finest of blades” after some good timing and a touch of luck.
Happy hunting folks.

Re: How do you join Collectors Club?
Am I to understand that membership in the Collectors Club requires something? Like buying every model? Some other blood letting initiation? Sure would be nice to get in line for some of the knives that sell out before I even know I want one. Thanks for any info you can share.
