Carry for me. A knife that carries large or has a lot sticking out of my pocket doesn't work well at my work either (hospitals). My favorite mode of carry is left handed tip down, yet almost every knife is tip up right handed. Some models, the clip can be moved to my desired position but a lot of knives cannot.
