Only if my cell phone company had such customer service. Nicely handled, Spyderco crew.

Just try and reprofile them yourself. Just think if you can get those knives useable.. you will look at any other dull knife and just laugh.. as your skills will be HONED to heck by that point.

I sent a Jot Singh Khalsa in for repair, the liner lock traveled all the way across the blade tang (common to this knife). They kept it and gave me my choice of any high end knife that that price range. whoa.. I have mixed feelings about this. Good you get a new knife, but what if that thing had so...

FFG is boring. so last year. I would take that knife as is.
