Re: S110v - waning popularity?

I have a native, pm2, a mule and a custom all in s110v. If they would do a sprint run of the bow river in s110v or a stretch I’d buy it in a heartbeat.

Re: Best knife for deer skinning.

Anybody have any opinions on the Spyderco Enuff vs the Moran? They both have VG-10, kind of the same blade shape. All I see is maybe the Enuff would offer maybe a better grip. The Enuff might be a bit short when it comes to field dressing if you cut around the rearend to free it up. Between the two...

The knifes that have interests me mentions in the thread are a Mule team, stretch,Moran, and still kinda interested in a H1 if anybody has any insight to how well the steel may hold up skinning a whole deer? What’s the extra care steps for taking care of a non stainless steel...

I prefer 3.5 for skinning deer, lack of control/finesse with anything larger when working around the legs etc. Plus the MT is great for field dressing as well. Additionally Halpern make a variety of scale to suite your preference. I use a MT17 an...

Re: Spyderco/Phil Wilson Bow River

Would love to have one in k390, maxamet, pma11 maybe s90v etc. If it's done in a "buget" steel I will have to pass

Re: Fixed blade for hunting: Which model should I choose?

I like the mules. Sub 4 inch blade is perfect for me. Anything larger is just in the way.
