Re: What’s on your current short list?
I'm sweating on a Spyderco Military 2 with full serrations.
Just recently received a Spyderco Military 2 plain edge.
Need to add to my collection of (earlier) Militaries.

If my wife or son can't help me carry my EDC, then I use a shopping trolley !
Seriously, I'm working on cutting down the number of stuff in my backpack.

I've found that some oils or most ? get gummy after a while . Clean it well with a good/safe cleaner , re lube and you should be good to go.

Re: SMOCK 2: would you be interested?
I think Smocks have FANTASTIC "fiddle factor". Would buy a Smock 2 depending on what improvements? have been done
to it. Out of my 80 plus Spydercos , Smocks are my favorite fiddlers.

For me, the shipping cost to Australia is a killer, but I bit the bullet and got one.
BTW, I have the earlier one with the black coating.

Re: Warranty woes
A question to my fellow Aussies on this forum (and anybody else with good info) :-)
If you have had a warranty problem, how have you got it solved ?
Sent back to US or a distributor here in Australia ?
Thanks in advance.
BTW, I have a fairly extensive Spydie collection, but never had a warranty issue.
