Well I placed my preorder. I really have to stop buying knives it's just hard to say no to a awesome knife. Now I will have to buy the cf s90v version to do a scale swap. It would fit right in with my cf m390 military and my cf m390 para 2.

I originally ordered just one but after thinking a bit I bought 2 more. I'm probably going to give one to my father. His other current best is D2 so m390 will probably blow his mind. I really like m390. I just wish they had a manix 2 the same way.

I will definitely try for 2 of the DLC. I was just wishing for a blackout M4 manix. If I do manage to obtain one I will swap the scales for some CF ones

I would like to see a Manix 2 to match, even though I don't have a military. I'm a sucker for carbon fiber and I would enjoy a new blade steel.

I'm still holding out for the g10 version. While I don't think it's fragile, I think frn has too much flex in it. I like my knives to feel rock solid so I enjoy the liners in the g10 version. Although if they made a lw carbon fiber model I would buy that.

To me the Manix 2 is favorite knife. What I would really like to see is a Manix 2 in M4 with DLC blade, liners, hardware, and some carbon fiber scales. I really like the carbon fiber on the Cru-wear Manix so I hope they use that type more often. What do you think?

I'm still waiting for the Manix 2 g-10 maxamet to try out the steel.

Well did some homework and I think I would like a Manix 2 in K390. I don't see much offered with that steel and Manix 2 is my favorite platform.

If toughness is your top priority, K390 is tougher than M390 but is a tool steel. Although in my 4 or 5 year experience with K390, it wants to patina more than rust and I live on a salty Maine island (I've gotten a spot of rust on my CTS-204P Para if that means anything..) Yup, those are the Ti scales. I currently don't have the setup for aluminum. Understood, for some reason I thought you were anodizing the aluminum ones. Wow I really like the blue/gold those turned out really nice! It's hard to tell the blue on the green set. I'm ready to swap out my blurple scales out! Have you tried to anodize a titanium set?
