Native Chief Titanium Scales

Howdy,
I have a S90V sprint run Native Chief. Does anyone make a set of titanium scales for it yet?
Thanks!

Re: Where to buy Spyderco on Maui

Howdy Going to be traveling to Maui soon. We do the carry-on thing, so I can’t take knives in checked baggage. Can anyone recommend a good store that sells Spydercos on Maui, please? Thanks! What will you do with it after the trip? Mail it home? Gift it to a local? Bury it in the sand for some luck...

Two on Maui

In Honolulu for work at the moment.

I guess I’m using the locator wrong, because I don’t see any on Maui. Oahu and Big Island, but not Maui.

Stretch 2 G10 input needed.

Hi, all I'm seriously considering a Stretch 2 in the brown G10. I don't have the ability to handle one before I buy, so I'm hoping for a bit of feedback. For background, I typically carry a Manix 2 but I'm looking for something a bit smaller in the pocket and the PM2 has never really done it for me....

My favorite Spyderco, possibly under appreciated?

I've had a modest number of Spyderco knives in my time: Foundry Ti Millie A couple PM2s Stainless Police Manix 2 Manix 2 backlock Native Gayle Bradley Folder And a few other folders I've probably forgotten as well as some fixed models. My favorite, perhaps strangely, is the darn Foundry. I don't pos...

Re: Seeking an EDC recommendation

I just picked up a Knifecenter exclusive native 5. This one has thicker g10 but no liners and an s90v blade. Very, very nice edc. Solid, no blade play, light. Just about perfect for a small folder.

Re: New Models Dropped: Shaman PE/SE, Hundred Pacer

Question: Comparing the Shaman to a Manix 2, which takes up more pocket space? I ask because I very much like the Manix 2, but it takes up a lot of room, mostly because of the overall height when closed. Is the Shaman perhaps a bit more pocket friendly? Could someone kindly post a picture of both, c...

Re: Bradley Bowie or...?

After a few weeks I've decided it's a very fine knife. Steel is great, no problems. Gets very sharp. The handle is comfortable, blade profile, thickness, etc. are very nice. Overall a first class, very functional keeper.

Re: Mule scale attachment

This is very interesting stuff. I think I'll try bowstring wax since I have some already lying around. Seems like a good use for it.

Mule scale attachment

Hi, all
Just received my Mule 23, the CMP20Cv version. Halpern Titanium type 4 micarta scales will be here in a couple days.
Simple question: Is it advisable to epoxy them on, or is the standard mounting hardware sufficient for everyday utility purposes?
Thanks!

Thanks for the insight. I went ahead and ordered the Bradley Bowie. Once I get a chance to use it a bit I'll let you know how it does.

Bradley Bowie or...?

Hi, folks Looking very hard at a Bradley Bowie for a general field knife. Seems very nice, but i know nothing of PSF27, and I can't fondle one before buying. Can anyone tell me if they are good to go for relatively hard general use, river trips, hunting, camp, etc? I'm considering some other knives ...

Re: Foundry question

So, the Foundry came in yesterday evening. I very much like the knife. I should have purchased this one sooner. Great length for EDC. My only one real complaint about the Manix was how much space it takes up in my pocket. This definitely remedies that problem. Blade shape is good, lockup is very sol...

Re: Foundry question

This knife has grown on me over time, and I think it's on the list now. I know, right? My entry into Spyderco was decades ago with a Police. I actually like that knife a lot, just wish it was a bit shorter. Love my Ti Millie, but same thing, a bit too long. This looks like a great solution. US Made...

Foundry question

Howdy, Very interested in this knife. (The Foundry, that is) Is there anyone who owns one who can tell me what they think of theirs? I'd be especially interested in how folks might view it compared to, say, a Manix 2. I'm not concerned about the weight of the thing, more interested in long term use ...
