that red/white/back design/inlay reminds me of some clones for some reason... don't like it much :(

Re: The Advocate - An Official Statement from Spyderco

Now that the new one is out, i’d like to know if there’s an exchange deal available if my advocate is a bit gritty during opening ?

Re: Spyderco Amsterdam Meet 2018 Report

So far, if I‘m not wrong, you showed one Seki City and one Golden made spydie, all the others (and there were already plenty) were Taichung made. Wow. Last batch must contain more Golden products, right? Again, thanks for the work Wouter! Top-notch! i's pretty clear that the Golden factory is limit...

Re: The Advocate - An Official Statement from Spyderco

Hello Sal

despite the little flaw i love the knife.
could you be more specific as to what changes have been made?
and will the current knives in the wild will be able to receive these changes or it's a new redesign?

Hi swissknife

aside from the recommendation (get a PM2 ;) ) could you elaborate on the change of law (again...)?

i spend time in Switzerland every now and then, mostly in the backcountry though, and would like to know more...

personnally i'd go for the Bradley just for the M4 blade, it's one crazy bitting steel!
but the Techno is quite a cool little bug too. i'll end up with both anyway. :D

Ah, just curious. I thought I saw a weird spot in the grind on that top Millie. I did something like that to my gayle Bradley the first and last time I used a worksharp. It may just be the photo. I get the same if I'm careless with the sharpmaker... Sverre nailed the fact that i'm sometimes careles...
