Took mine down to the lowest setting on the DMT aligner, probably around 15 dps. I tried reprofiling with the diamond rods but for some reason I can never get rid of the burr when I use them. Finished it off with a microbevel and it is much sharper than from the factory. :)

What was the going price for these?

Knifeworks and GPKnives have been great for me. Usually receive what I ordered in less than 3 days.

I noticed after using my Delica for a few weeks that the lockbar now sits a bit lower when the blade is open, a little below flush with the scales. Does it break in to a certain point then stop wearing?

Opened/closed the knife a few hundred times and it seems to have gotten even better. Can only really feel the grinding if I open the blade very slowly and pay attention to it. I'm gonna hold off on sending it in as I don't think it's really an issue.

I wouldn't. The dragonfly is too small IMO to use as a primary folder all the time. Delica is more versatile.

The rough feeling seems to have gotten a little better. It's really only noticeable if you open the knife slowly. Would you guys just live with it and see if it breaks in?

Don't think it is debris as I have cleaned it out multiple times. I think there is something going on between the lock bar and blade tang. Would you guys send it to Spyderco if it doesn't get smoother? The rough feeling is only just after the blade is opened, the rest of the travel is smooth.
