Does your wife get annoyed like mine?

Often while watching TV I'll pick up one of my Spydercos (I have a bunch of them next to my chair) and start flipping them. After a while my wife will insist that I stop. She says the clicking gets on her nerves. I on the other hand find it quite therapeutic and could flip that sucker all night long...

Re: Dyad rip-off by Schrade

It's sad but quite common to "rip-off" the Spydie hole. Wish they didn't but that's not only company doing it. What really angers me are the Chinese clones of Spydercos which are getting harder to detect.

I love my Southard but:

The Southard is a beauty of a knife. I like the blade shape and the dimensions, I even like the clip. Yet the flipping action leaves me wanting. I can't "light switch" and even when I preload and push towards the pivot center it may not deploy the blade all the time. More often than not I ...

Any photos of the old Spyderco plastic clips?

Are all the old Delica and Endura with the plastic clips gone? Would love to see some photos if anyone is kind enough to post them. :spyder:

Re: Can`t get the same edge with the sharpmaker easily...

I find that M4 is probably the hardest steel for me to get sharp. I've used the Sharp Maker but usually end up using the Wicked edge. Even then it's never as sharp as my S30V knives. Hate M4 yet love my Gayle Bradley Spydercos.

My question is: "What if you fail to register and have to return it a year later for warranty work?"

Good luck. Is'nt it amazing when you forget all the stuff you collect? Could have been worse. What if you had bought another one only to find the box? LOL

This is currently a pretty hot topic, and there's not really a need for another thread on it.
Sorry I didn't think to read every thread before I posted my question. Live and learn. My bad.

Spyderco Advocate washer problem solved?

I am a Gayle Bradley aficionado and have all of his Spyderco collaborations with the exception of the Bradley 2. I've been reticent to get the latest release: The Advocate. I've been on the fence. I am smitten by its looks, yet couldn't pull the pin because of the washer problem. This came home to m...

I'm sorry you guys in Europe have such high prices for knives. Look at the bright side, at least handguns are cheap and plentiful for your concealed carry enjoyment.
