It really is exactly what it sounds like...nothing secret super ninja stuff. Thanks for the explanation. I like the idea of avoiding fine motor functions, but since the technique doesn't involve any secret super ninja moves I'm not really interested ;) Trying it out for the first time today I'm not...

I like them, but I'm not sure how I feel about a few of the changes. I don't like the stronger, blunter tip; I really like the needle sharp tip on my current Delica. Also, is the picture just playing tricks with me or does the new Delica not have as high a saber grind as the current one? I would hav...

I just talked to New Graham today; they received my Salt and shipped me a new one that should arrive in a few days. They said that they don't have any with titanium clips yet so I told them one with the standard clip would be fine. I doubt I'll manage to get the clip to rust but I do want a titanium...

Thanks for the help everyone. I emailed New Graham (where I bought the knife) and they said I could send it back and they'd give me a new one (I'm always very pleased with New Graham's excellent service). Since I'm not crazy about taking a hammer to a brand new knife I think I'll take them up on the...

Problem with my new Salt I
My new Salt I arrived today in the condition shown in the picture below. The blade and lock don't even come close to lining up and the knife has a ton of side to side blade play. If I squeeze on the handle near the pivot on both sides the knife gets tighter but when I move the blade side to side it ...

Looks great, now there's yet another spydie I need to have. I hope the sheath is well made and not overly bulky. Tek-loks always seem to make the sheath so much bigger and harder to conceal; I'd like to see something like a belt clip that reduces the bulk of the sheath. Also, I'd prefer an even long...

I personally don't care very much about the looks of my knives and am more concerned with how they function. I'm a lefty so I very much appreciate all the extra holes. There are several knives I would love to have but have not purchased because they do not have reversible clips such as the Para Mili...

I definitley plan on getting a Chinook II in the near future. Also I really hope a left handed Military will come out some time soon! The Manix looks pretty nice, might have to pick up one of them too. I'm sure Sal will come up with a few more excellent creations this year that I just can't live wit...

Are there any instructional tapes designed specifically for the Chinook II? I'm sure there are ones made for all bowies but since I don't have any larger ones these tapes aren't exactly what I'm looking for. I'm mainly concerned about the Chinook II's stabbing ability. If those of you who have them ...

Chinook II or Manix
I've wanting a Chinook II for a while and now finally got a glimpse at the Manix and really want it too. :D I can't afford both so I'm going to have to decide which to get. It's quite agitating that there's no decent knife shop anywhere near me to go to and handle any knives before purchasing them. ...
