Re: Spyderco Delivered and Upcoming *discussion*

I'm still looking forward to the Charisma. It's small so it'll vanish in a pocket, super thin to be a great slicer, but long enough to perform simple tasks and give sufficient hand clearance AND it won't cost the world.

Saw this posted on Reddit. Starts tomorrow.

40% off Manix at Spyderco.

Site seems to be down, or is being bombarded with requests, just now. I’m up because work and thought I’d see what I could get - not yet, at least!

Re: Forum Knife???

I'd like if the 50th Anniversary was a re-issue of the C01 Worker. Maybe not pinned construction or a two-screw clip, but nice way of closing the circle. It's still an excellent and useful design.

Re: Balance G10/SPY27 Sprint Review: An all-time great LBK, but probably not for everyone

Thanks for the review, zuludelta. You echo all my insights into this - it's amazingly capable, cuts cardboard and cordage extremely well, and allows for an excellent three-finger grip. The blade sits naturally into my index finger and is amazingly controllable. It also vanishes into the fifth pocket ...

Mine is on the way. I'll report when I receive it. Really looking forward to how the design works in practice.

Is the Balance imminent? There’s an eBay seller with massive positive feedback that has it up with delivery next week.

Re: perennial favorite: The Spyderco Brouwer

Anyone know what the screws used to hold the Brouwer together are? I might take my own advice and source some bronze hardware. Thanks!

Agree, release a sprint or dealer exclusive with a deeper carry and shorter pocket clip, and a micarta showside scale. I am in for sure
Micarta would be niiice.

Re: perennial favorite: The Spyderco Brouwer

Just a deeper carry clip, for my part. I find the blade shape and ergos excellent, it just rides a tad high in my pocket. A nice red G-10 would look nice too.

Re: Reveal 17 - LIVE!

I’m liking the Sage 6. The button intrigues me. Hey, I’m easily amused.

I was hoping for the Charisma though. Hopefully soon, that’s a knife that will vanish until I need it.

As for the Lionsteel/Spyderco thing, I see what people are talking about. Other than the Round Hole, there’s virtually ...

Re: National Knife Day GAW!

I really enjoy the Brouwer, it has excellent ergonomics and a very usable blade shape. The titanium and G-10 construction is a pleasure to look at and interact with.

I find myself reaching for my Delica wharnie in K390 often. It’s lightweight and slices like a laser. The blue FRN handle is grippy ...
