Sprint re-run
With all the new Seki models/variations over the past few years, I think it's time for a Sprint re-run. For instance, the Superblue run did not include any Wharncliffe model, the SSS, or the Endela. Besides the Delica Wharncliffe, the same models missed out on HAP40. And, don't forget V-Toku2. A re-...

Sounds like they just read a spec sheet and didn't actually check.Bazillions wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 5:36 pmI usually use BHQ. I emailed them Friday and according to them: "Yes, according to the information I have for that item, the compression lock tab is also blacked out as well for this item."

Re: PM3 LW Black Compression Tab
Hello, I know the black G10 Para 3 has been coming out with the black compression lock tab. I've seen pictures of the Blacked out LW with the blacked lock tab too. Is there any way to know if your Para 3 LW comes with the black tab? A code? A manufacturer's date? You could always ask your dealer of...

It crashed on me twice yesterday, but loaded on the third try. It's working well this morning.

Re: Z-Cut breakage
Cheese’ll do it lol. Where is the break? I assume if it’s mechanical failure and not something like the glue or molding coming loose over time it’d be covered. Also have you ran it through the dishwasher before? That tends to loosen handles and create pockets of inaccessible rust. No dishwasher; I ...

Re: Endela (-sized "middle ground" knife) in the "Pac Salt family"?!
...my PE H1 Salt is pretty weak on edge retention... The reason...I see it. Yes, I've heard of the magical H1 SE edge holding, but if a steel can't hold a decent PE and be sharpened with one of my several plate based sharpening systems, I don't have time for it, magic or otherwise. H1 need no longe...

Re: Pictures of Delica 4 and Salt 2 handle thickness.
The D4 feels like a tank compared to the Salt 2. That's not to say that the Salt 2 feels cheap. It feels very sturdy while also reducing weight and providing a little more thickness for a more secure grip. I say the D5 needs to switch to linerless, too. According to my scale, the D4 is 2.3 oz. whil...

Re: Pictures of Delica 4 and Salt 2 handle thickness.
The Salt 2 handle is better. Lighter but thicker...I notice it more in hand than in photos. They should all be linerless. :) The Salt 2 handle is probably a test for a revised Delica 5. I mean, what are the liners even here for on a Delica ? Outside of adding a point of rust, making it slightly hea...

The UKPK Salt was surprising. I was beginning to think I would never see the Salt 2 LC200N. This reveal has not disappointed me in the least.

Re: Spy27 Delica?
With the relatively recent advent of S30V in Seki models, I would say it's entirely possible. If Sal does not decide to go that route there's always the possibility of an exclusive.
