big-small knife reccomendations
I'm looking for an edc serrated knife of small to medium stature that can cut like a bigger knife. so far the navigator II, the cricket, and the dodo seem to be good options. any advice?

so is serrated edge better for both SD and utility? Why is this? Don't the teeth of the serrations cause the cuts to be imprecise and jerky? My experience with serrations, not that of spyderco tho, is that they make it harder to cut string or other flexable objects with because the teeth get caught ...

SS Cricket: PE or SE?
I've been looking into getting a small edc folder, and the cricket looks great. However, I don't know if it would be better to get the PE or SE for this knife. It seems that PE would be more practical, but then I don't know. thanks.

Yojimbo vs. Dodo
Considering EDC value, and maybe SD, is the yojimbo or the dodo the better buy? Why? Thanks.

where to get the calypso?
I was wondering if spyderco will ever re-release the original micarta calypso (4in blade) again, or where I can find one. Ebay doesn't even have a micarta calypso jr. Thanks

Why is the persian labled as "new" on the homepage? Is it changed in any way? Thanks.

manix or persian?!
I can't decide which to get as an edc. The manix is sturdier, broader, and longer, while the persian is more refined, decent strength, with a shorter blade. What's your opinion? Also, a review of the persian would be nice. Thanx.

should i get a dodo?
I have heard all of these great things about the dodo, but I am worried about the lock as I have heard in some cases that it failed on some people. Also, is this knife better in serrated or plain? It seems too short to put any use to serrations. Thanks.

yojimbo as a utilitarian knife?
Hi,
I have heard a lot about the yojimbo and it looks interersting, but I was wondering if it is only supposed to be used as a defensive knife. I have heard that the ronin's thin tip breaks easily and I was wondering if the yojimbo would also make a good utility knife. Thanks.

balisong legality? Hawaii?
HI,
I always wanted a balisong and the spyderfly looks awsome, but I was always under the impression that butterfly knives are illegal in the US. If it is legal, what about in Hawaii? Thanks.
