Re: Can't reassemble my brand new Tenacious

The lanyard tube and the standoffs fit through the liners. If they are not aligned then the screws may barely reach. I don't have one with a back spacer like you have.

Re: Are sprint runs too small?

I have said in other medias, that in my opinion, the numbers need to be higher now to suite the demand. For some flippers that would not help them as they want less buyers getting the knives so they can profit off their sales. I often want to get two of a model as I am a collector and a user so I wa...

Re: Kapara in s90v?

Ali is a gifted designer and I'm sure we'll see more of his work at Spyderco. sal I'd love to buy more knives of his design. I kept buying other knives simply because other sharp and shinys caught my eye. When I finally ended up with a Kapara I was very impressed. So much so, mine has been on loan ...

Re: BladeShow 2020!

Sal initially intended to make those stainless spyder pendants as a gift for forum members attending the Blade Show. After huge amounts of interest though it was opened up to all forum members. If I were attending, I would definitely wear mine! :spyder: https://i.imgur.com/rqmhC9F.jpg I have one an...

Re: 2020 Spyderco Product Guide

Excited about the catalogue release! I submitted for a hardcopy as well. Unfortunately due to vision issues I can’t read it unless they can get me an all text format Could someone tell me if there are any new releases of the shaman, or other large folder? did they release any information on possibl...

Shirt Gods critters

Now I know how tempting it would be to buy these, but here is a fake I would assume since it is available in all sizes and the colours seem off.

Slightly off-topic, just wanted to say how much I love the mint green Knife Anatomy shirts featuring the Native; got one with my SS Stretch. Stoked on nice soft shirts that fit well and feature my favorite knife brand!
Love mine too.

Re: TKJ Spyderco exclusive cruwear ????

I don't know why so many are upset with the seller. It is the same with most exclusive drops. The demand is higher than supply and some miss out. It is an expensive project for sellers to embark on for buyers. Good on them.

If it was really nice to look at, and so to wear as jewelry, I think it would have a market large enough to sell a Sprint or limited run.
If they keep the price reasonable, there should be no problem.
Other companies seem to be able to do it, just in a different style.

Re: Pendant knife

Maserin miniatures are $18 to $70 and have single or multiple blades and inserts in the handles. How they do it for those prices I don't know but obviously there are ways to manufacture with CNC machines now. I'm sure a little hand fit and finish would be required. I think the Police necklace origin...

Re: Pendant knife

If its only Titanium and LC200N, $200+ for a knife the size of the Bug is a very hard sell for me. For something that is primarily jewelry, I also wouldn't buy it if it was made in China. It would need to be the most premium of premium materials for me to get behind it. Bug and Honeybee with Apple ...

Re: FRN Jester Sprint Input Needed

Honestly, I'd rather have FFG SE LC200N. ...but I'd take anything! Yep! And I'd rather have Cruwear, but beggars can't be choosers so I'll take anything as well! K390 seemed most likely with this Sprint series coming up. This might help grease the wheels. It was decided that the K390 Endura family ...

I have all the pendants made so far, plus a few Hummingbirds so I'm not going to stop if another one is made. Oh, and of course I have 3 daughters and a wife that will want one.
Any chance of a pendant group photo?

I saw one recently in possession of another collector, so I know they exist. Maybe just for the special.

Re: Spyderco coins

If I recall correctly, a small amount of 2016 coins were made but they were just never made available for sale to the public. That's interesting because I've visited the Spyderco booths at several knife shows and even at a few Gun & Knife Shows. Many times on the display table I've seen promotional...

Titanium would be a good scale option paired with LC200N. That would make a Bug pendant that would be very light weight and corrosion proof.
I like your thinking. The stainless Mini mariner is lightweight but you do have to watch the corrosion.
