Re: Need some simple clarification regarding the rockwell (HRC) test

Re: Who has USED the Manbug Salt Sheepsfoot?

I was also hoping for it to have more of a drop point blade. As well as a different colour than the classic salt yellow.

It's still a nice knife given its features.

That Wharncliffe sketch is pretty neat.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?

Just got this LYLP3 Salt Ladybug in the mail today. I noticed this plain edge model isn't listed anywhere on spyderco's website. Nice little knife.

Thanks Sal :)

ejames13 I did strop my zdp manbug more than a few times with some Stropman black and white and it didn't seem to polish the edge anymore than it already is. This zdp manbug is sharp!

Spyderco's sharpening process for ZDP 189?

Hey everybody,

I was just curious if anybody knew how our Spyderco ZDP 189 blades are sharpened from the factory? Specifically the method and grit(s) used?

Re: What's up with the Manbug?

A Salt H1 Manbug with a plain edge would be on my to buy list for sure. Especially in a color other than yellow, orange and black.

How about that bright green the USN ladybug was in or that tan color the County Comm ladybug was in?
