How long after production samples are made do knives usually hit the market?

These just went up the other day. I love the look of this knife. That flipper tab looks like it stick out way too far though. I imagine it scraping my hand or getting in the way in the pocket. How about a Domino? I just ordered one from Amazon. Don't think the price will last long.

Yea, the Ouroboros does look similar and may be a good alternative. Although, the Ouroboros looks quite a bit smaller than the Junior. I tried bidding on a decent price Junior the other on eBay and lost. I'll keep checking.

New to the forum. I regret now that I never bought a Junior when they were in production. I was always attracted to the design but never pulled the trigger. Spyderco, please bring back the Junior!
