G. Sakai Sabi Knife...

I'm all over smallish fixed-blades...I purchased one of these quite some time ago on ebay: http://www.youwantit2.com/GSAKAI1085X.jpg http://www.youwantit2.com/GSAKAI1085XSHEATH.jpg " The SABIKNIFE 1 is crafted from H1 steel. This is known as a high corrosion-resistance steel in the knife indust...

This should probably be in the restricted items forum. Oops!!! :o You are absolutely correct; my apologies. ...Although, since so many have been waiting so long for this release, it might qualify as big news to Spydieville in general. And with the 1-1/4 inch blade, I'd think this auto is more "...

I have a custom kydex Swick2 sheath from this Spyderco forumite: http://www.spyderco.com/forums/member.php?u=12279 It has just about a 3rd of the finger-hole covered by kydex, which leaves more than enough for me to get the tip of my forefinger in there and yank it out. Any less kydex and the retent...

Those of you who are still in the market for a Swick2 sheath could do a lot worse than fellow Spyderco forum member "Eighth of Eight"... http://www.spyderco.com/forums/member.php?u=12279 ...my kydex sheaths from Eighth of Eight have great retention, and his work is truly "custom"...

 I'm still sincerely hoping this version will be made 1 day: http://www.spyderco.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18787&highlight=rescue+swick ...I'd certainly prefer it with the intended H-1 steel, but even a sprint run in S30V would at least get me to shut up about it...for a while. :p Sp...

Those who are justifiably worried about "slippery when wet" titanum handles, could do a lot worse than a design with a fingerhole... :o There is a thread requesting a redux of the Warren Thomas Karambit. I think that knife with an H1 blade and ti handles would fit the bill perfectly. I've ...

Respectfully I didn't care for the Adventura...however the "Jr." is one of the better knives in this entire thread. For it to be "perfect" it would need H-1 steel, even if the flat-grind had to be sacrificed, but I will buy it regardless. (How about a larger fixed-blade in a simi...

I think it would be fair to say that the Spyderco Swick is a Spyderco S.P.O.T. which has been "Yojimbo-ized"; or at least "Wharncliffed"...that's how it started out, anyway:

We probably won't for this knife as the military market prefers the current sheath, There are a few custom sheath makers that could make one for your current model. Bob Taylor did have a smaller design that we're looking at. It has a Boltaron sheath. sal Mr. Glesser, :o please consider H1 steel for...

I think that's actually a drainage-hole, which any good kydex sheath ought to have. Some of the blade shows through the hole, but it is still tucked safely inside the sheath. ;)
