Moving the spring works quite well. Even if one moves it the tiniest bit.
A little bit makes a big difference. You can only move it so far before it won't work at all anyway

Re: Swayback swoon and top flipper dreams

I have a lot of different flippers so I kind of like that I have to open the Swayback by using the thumbhole

Reports are saying that Matt Nagy's gone after the Bears-Lions game tomorrow
Who do you think will be the interim head coach when he leaves?
I have no clue but I'm pretty sure it'll be some other guy that can't run an offense

Does shifting the spring fix it? Or just make it less awful?
I moved the spring on my CF Chap a couple years ago and I think it made a huge difference. It's perfectly fine now (not less awful). I don't think I had to move the spring on my Chap LW or Maple. They're pretty good out of the box.

Re: Anyone else concerned?

I somehow missed this thread previously and I haven't had time to read through all four pages of discussion. So I'll apologize if this has been posted already. You do realize that most of the collaboration models that you're (we're) missing come from the one Taichung plant and most of the dealer exc...

So is the Para 3 blade grind really thin? That looks more like the width of a 20 degree bevel than 13 unless the blade is thinner than most.
Yeah it look like the blade is quartering away from the camera in that pic like he said.

This is 15°

Re: Bladehq Sage 5 in M4 and mint green scales

Actually, I kinda think a coated blade, especially black, would really offset those scales.... Yeah you're probably right. So much of this knife stuff is all personal preference anyway. Like I said I'll probably get one of those too. I can always dye the scales if I want As far as Para 3 LW vs. Sag...

Re: More Sage 1 options please

It would be nice to eventually have both a tool and stainless option readily available for Sage 1-5 So bring 'em all back and have 10 different versions in the catalog? Not sure that'll ever happen but it's nice to dream I know it's selfish but I'm not sure I agree with bringing back discontinued m...

Re: Bladehq Sage 5 in M4 and mint green scales

Thinking about it I'm not sure I like the idea of a Sage with a coated blade. For some reason I've always considered the Sage more of a gents knife and coated blade just doesn't seem right. That said, I'll probably end up with one of those too. I don't think the coated blade will look very good with...

Re: Bladehq Sage 5 in M4 and mint green scales

Really like this one, however am going to wait for the version with the DLC blade You're sure there's going to be a coated version? You don't see too many coated variations coming out of Taichung. For those they've done weren't they actually TiCN? Well that's what I get for not reading the paperwor...
