TA DA!!!!!! My Sage is now the way it should be. I straightened the non-locking liner by bending it over my knee. That steel is very resilient so it takes some muscle to get it straight. After disassembly and cleaning, I polished the washers with 3M Chrome and Metal Polish, polsihed the blade tang and liners, and made everything shiny.
