You probably got a used knife. Notify the seller, ask for a return authorization and to credit you for another knife or refund. Thanks for you advice, problem is i live in Sweden and i pay $23 every time it crosses the border to Sweden otherwise sending the knife back would be the ideal thing to do.

I took the knife apart and cleaned it, it was not very smooth opening the knife so i took out 2 (out of 4) shims and now it snaps open without any play :)

Ok that sounds good, the main reason i got suspicious was the fact that the knife/bag had some oil on it and some fingerprints.
