Re: Native 5 different than picture - Help
The picture they have posted is the more expensive g10 version, yours is the lightweight FRN version.

Re: Pink for Breast Cancer
That's obviously for Spyderco to find out. Why would it be for someone else to back up unsupported claims you made? That makes no sense. It makes no longer any sense for me to make suggestions to this stupid corporation so I will stop. It made no sense for you to make most of the suggestions you ma...

Re: Ergonomic Favorite Spyders?
For me the Manix 2 seems to fit my left hand a little bit better than the Paramilitary 2 and I have a weird fondness of spear shaped blades for some reason. But only if it had a rainbow colored blade that was from a pm2 that was extended 2mm then diagonally cut to 3" with a benchmade axis lock...

Re: Nirvana Titanium
How dare I buy this car and have to put GAS IN IT!!!!!!! It's a 2 second "fix". All it is is excess oil, so quit whining like a little toddler. Wipe the tears off your face, the spit off your screen, and the oil off your knife, then have a great day and enjoy a fantastic knife.

Re: Check out this cut test clip
You can always add a microbevel and have it look just like that and perform just as well. Only a few passes on whatever stones/sharpening system you use and you are good to go.

S110V PM2 with RGT cf scales and Ti clip, and a gitd backspacer alongside my HAP40 Delica with boomer52 scales set up for support side carry. Haven't carried these lately so I thought I'd bring them out and take a pic.

Re: My suggestions on a new knife
I will start my own knife company named American Eagle and the very first knife will be a 4.75'' fixed blade named Freedom and then one pocket folder named Phoenix. Hi Mikael, The name, "American Eagle" has been used for many years. I've not investigated, but I believe the name, "Fre...

Re: Spyderco Myrtle (C194CFTIP)
I have the Myrtle riding in my pocket again today, and every time I handle it I love it all over again. The knife didn't take long to break in, and now that mine is, it just has that custom feel every time it's in hand. It is such an odd blade that I can see people being iffy about it, but as soon a...

Re: Your favorite spyderco that you believe is perfect
I'm going to have to agree with Sharp Guy. The Native 5 G10 is my all time favorite Spyderco. It does everything I want and more, has a very strong lock, and the ergonomics are perfect in my eyes. Tied for second would be the Manix2 g10 and the sage2 depending on your flavor. I'm not as obsessed wit...

Re: Spyderco Myrtle (C194CFTIP)
The standard clips will not fit on this knife. I could be wrong, but it looks like the screw pattern is going to be the same as the FRN Native 5, but don't quote me on that. I just kind of lined them up on top of each other and they look like they fit. I didn't like the clip at first, but it has def...

Re: Mantra Maker's Mark
I think you may have to go back and re-read. The whole point of this thread is saying that one of the little lines at the end of the arrow portion of Eric's usual mark is missing.SpydyLover1234 wrote:Yeah it is on all of Eric's designs.
