By far my favorite is this Chaparral dressed in Desert Ironwood. A true gentleman's folder that goes anywhere.
My Para 3 would be my second favorite.

This pink PM2 is sweet. I bought three of them as Christmas gifts for my wife and my two daughter in laws. They loved them! The fit and finish was as good, if not better than my other 9 PM2s.

I currently have 57 Spyderco's in my collection. I'm eying an additional 3 to round out 2016 at 60. PM2 sprint runs are my downfall.
I've also gifted 20+ to family members.

I received mine today and I have to agree with everything to OP said about this Military. One of the best fit and finish on any Spyderco right out of the box. Smooth deployment, centered blade and free blade drop upon lock release without any lubing or tinkering!

Advocate, Sage 5 and Junction are musts for this guy. 3 out of 12.

The WolfSpyder blade is slightly (2mm) longer than the Native 5, yet quite a bit lighter. Blade Ops had some (unknown quantity) about an hour ago... I picked up two for gifts.

I have used Allen's scales on a Delica 4. I put the red G10 scales on a black bladed Tactical. The scales were perfect and the conversion came out great. Just look on YouTube for videos featuring replacement of Spyderco scales. There are quite a few online. Just make sure you watch several different...
