burrellb -- it's pretty hard NOT to find the Sharpmaker online, but you can start looking at KnifeCenter.com, NewGraham.com, BestKnives.com, SpoonRiverCutlery.com.

Chinook II S/N?
I have both a PE and CE CII, but only the CE has what I think is a S/N on the blade ("043V"<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>. Is that in fact a serial number, and if so, why the inconsistency?
