Mine's Latin for "secret" -- which is what most of my knives are to my wife. I chose the neuter form because "arcanus" just sounded too **** dirty.

burrellb -- it's pretty hard NOT to find the Sharpmaker online, but you can start looking at KnifeCenter.com, NewGraham.com, BestKnives.com, SpoonRiverCutlery.com.

You might want to change your signature slightly: being "tried by 12 then carried by 6" means you want to be found guilty and executed ...

Chinook II S/N?

I have both a PE and CE CII, but only the CE has what I think is a S/N on the blade ("043V&quot<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>. Is that in fact a serial number, and if so, why the inconsistency?
