Re: Sage series collection - What's the next Sage?

Steel lock inserts are quite possibly the most overrated knife feature lol

Ya need to fill those two blank spots 😃
LOL! I have all of them except the Black FRN LW and DLC M4 LW. I'm sure I'll end up with a couple more LWs at some point but don't feel the need to have all of them
I just need to take a new picture ;)

If we're talking wish list, Sage2 CRK ceramic interface 10v or MC would be my grail :)

Re: What "Other" is in your pocket???

Oldie but goodie - BM Mel Pardue. Haven’t carried in years. I don’t even remember model number. But the bolsters are some of the prettiest ever. IMG_2195.jpegIMG_2194.jpeg That's a great knife. Reminds me of my Benchmade 330, which was the only knife I carried for almost 20 years... Then I joined t...

Re: Solar Eclipse!

I really thought all the hoopla was a bit overblown leading up to the day. It is really hard to put the experience into words. I've never felt so strange, it was like an apocalyptic movie scene or something. Definitely the coolest nature/environmental situation I've ever experienced in my 40 years....

Re: Solar Eclipse!

We made a mini vacation out of it and it definitely exceeded our expectations. What a great experience.

Didn't try very hard, but was happy with a couple hand held shots from my old FZ80

Re: Good second Spyderco

Thanks all. So… I went from ordering one, to justifying a second, to planning a third! 😂 I think I may grab a Delica based on the recommendations and low point of entry. Number three will be either Native 5 or a P3. Jeez I hope three is it! LOL! Three would be a sane and sufficient number for anyon...

Re: Good second Spyderco

Sounds like you are looking for something smaller than the Pacific Salt? Probably in the 3" range? If so, the Delica is certainly the little brother to your pac salt. I find the Para3 cramped, but love the Sage series. Native5 is another good option that screams utility IMO. Chaparral is pocket...

Re: What "Other" is in your pocket???

https://i.imgur.com/qhZphs6.jpeg I was just looking at their blue titanium frame lock today (frag pattern). No joke. How do you like it? While great for the price, the first Penguin I had (demin micarta) was a little small and never connected with it. However, when I picked up a larger Penguin Plus...

Haha! Yes, that make sense.

I've had a few CRK tantos, small and large inkosi, and Zaan... All were sold eventually because I didn't enjoy using them. But **** they look good!

Nice line up. Is that KSF a glass blast?
