Looks awesome!!! I’m loving my Watu. The blade is an absolute laser! The fit & finish and centering is also perfect.

FRN/Lightweights: I just can’t get into them
Hi guys, I picked up a Para 3 lightweight the other day. After getting home and really looking at the knife and playing with it a bit, I had to return it. I just can’t get into the FRN models. Is there anyone else who feels the same? I love all my Spydies (G10 and CF scales), and really wanted to li...

Re: People still like Benchmade?
I'm down to my last Benchmade, a North Fork. I've had many different Benchmades over the years, but what aggravates me the most about their knives is the pivot. When you finally get it adjusted to the sweet spot of smooth action and no blade play, unless you loctite it, it won't stay that way. Also,...

Re: Fluted Ti Military: A Collectible?
Of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that ... but I consider the fluted Military (CQI 2017+) the prettiest and most functional knife that I own. And it feels like supply is limited. So I have two, one in the safe, and one received an s110v blade and is a user. So there :) Roland....

Fluted Ti Military: A Collectible?
Hi guys, quick question. I have a Ti fluted Military that I just got. It’s a great knife and looks incredible. My question is, is this going to be somewhat of a collectible piece? Or, should I go ahead and just use it as I would a normal Military? Same question goes for my Knifeworks S90V version. T...

Re: Done with Zero Tolerance
I'm often tempted to buy a zt 0450 but just before I pull the trigger I back off due to issues I've read about. Nearly bought one this past week but ended up with 3 spydies on the way. Oh well sounds like I'm not missing out. I've got a few 0450's, all are stellar. What issues are you referring to?

Re: Done with Zero Tolerance
I have several ZT knives, and love each of them. I've NEVER ONCE gotten one with an uneven grind, blade play, off center blade, or minor cosmetic blemish. I CANNOT say the same for the Spydercos (or Benchmades) I've bought. Plus, their Customer Service rivals Benchmades, which is still tops as far a...

NRA Convention - No Spyderco booth. Why not?
I read that Spyderco will not have a booth at the NRA convention. This seems like a miss on Spyderco's part since there is a lot of crossover in the customer base, I'm sure. I'd bet that a high percentage of firearm enthusiasts are also knife enthusiasts to some degree or another. Many other knife c...

Check out a guy on Facebook called J.C. Customs. He has a good reputation for making backspacers.

I see the lockbar insert. Is it just an overtravel stop or does it actually function as a interface between the lock and blade?

Re: Slim Spydies - Recommendations?
Thx all. I'll have a look at the Mantra and the Positron. As mentioned, the spyder hole is going to make most blades seem wide. I've got a fair number of PM2's and they are wide (to me), as is the Manix. One of the things I really like about my 940 and ZT0450 is how my hand slips right past them whe...

Re: Slim Spydies - Recommendations?
Depends on how you're referring to "slim". Do you mean a slim blade as in thin blade stock, or do you mean short blade height from edge to spine, or do you mean slim in grip thickness, or slim in the overall width when folded in your pocket? Apologies for not being clear. I'm mostly refer...

Slim Spydies - Recommendations?
Hey all, I've moved towards carrying slimmer blades, and really like it. I'm mostly referring to knives with profiles similar to the BM940 & ZT0450. For my edc tasks, they seem to fit rather well. I am interested in the Pattada since it seems like a slim knife. Sal teased at the possibility of o...

Re: Pattada owners: Tell me about it
Fit and finish on the knife is excellent, it came very sharp. Beautiful knife. I like the blade shape and acute point it comes to. For me it wasn't as good in the hand as some other Spydies. Imo, not nearly as nice in the hand as the Chokwe. Seems like it might be better for those with larger hands...
