Re: Paramilitary 2 left-handed version
Black is better than Moonglow for me. No question. S30V isn't my favourite; however, it is fine. I'm looking forward to this release.

Re: The best EDC Knife
HAP40 Delica which I have swapped out the scales to black with a black pocket clip to make it blend better with pants rather than the more eye catching burnt orange which were the original scales. I looked through about 10 of these Delicas in my local brick and mortar and found one that had a super ...

Re: Knife laws in Canada
The knives you listed are fine.
Canadian law is based on intent. If you say a knife is a weapon or use a knife as a weapon, it is a weapon. If you say a knife is a tool and use it as a tool, it is a tool. Tool = legal. Weapon = not legal.

Re: What is your favorite/most used lock type?
As a lefty, I'll choose backlock. It is very secure and easy to use one-handed with either hand. The worst are liner/frame locks. I am, however, looking forward to the left-hand PM2 and Military and will give them a try.

I really like to know the size of the spyderhole, so I think it should be in the catalogue. I definitely prefer the larger holes whenever possible.

Re: A few words on the Introvert
I have been waiting for quite a while for The Introvert, and today I got mine. I really like the Swick; therefore, I suspected I would also like The Introvert. However, I was not a big fan of flippers, and I was also not sure how one would work with a back lock. Anyway, I bought it and here are some ...

Re: Super Blue or HAP as a regular production option?
I would also be interested in a solid HAP40 blade (as long as it is a lefty friendly model). I have had my HAP40 Endura in my pocket on a daily basis for many months and have not noticed any patina. I am mostly using it as a work knife, rather than for food prep. Every once in a while I put a little ...

Re: 2016 Forum knife?
Non-locking knives don't do it for me. I have a UKPK, Pingo, Spy-DK and even the P.I.T.S. folder, but unless I am in Europe where I am forced to carry a non-locker, they stay out of my pocket. So, I hope that the next forum knife is something with a lock and nice steel or else I will pass. I did buy ...

Re: An idea for those with blade length laws
Although I have yet to handle one, from its looks the upcoming 2016 Spyderco Introvert should fit the bill of being a full-sized handle with the added bonus of a finger ring and yet the blade is small and should be legal in most places. I'm looking forward to this knife.

Re: Unabridged Unapologetic Case for the Para Military 2 Left Hand *
Since this is a one-time knife that would have to appeal to many people, I would like to see scales that are not gimmicky. A nice popular colour scale and an upgraded steel: a classic design that will endure through time.Mikael Andersson wrote: how about putting moon glow side scales on it?

Re: delica 4 combo edge
I have the black CE Delica 4 and I do like it. The looks of it are particularly cool. I think you could do most things with this knife. I do agree, however, that the PE version gives you more blade length for slicing. I like lots of blade length and smooth slicing, so my plain edge knives get more ...

Re: Unabridged Unapologetic Case for the Para Military 2 Left Hand *
For what it's worth, I'm in for one (or two) if Spyderco decides to to a lefty run of the PM2.
I would like to mention, however, that since I may never have the opportunity again to get a true lefty model, I do hope that Spyderco would pair the knife with a special/memorable steel. If they are ...

Re: Spyderco One Piece Tool
I like this one-piece tool idea, but keep it simple. Bottle opener and prytool and that's it. It should be sleek and cool. There are many multi-tools that are too busy. If Spyderco makes a one-piece tool it shouldn't try to outdo other tools with extras. If it does one or two things well, looks good ...

Re: Unabridged Unapologetic Case for the Para Military 2 Left Hand *
As a lefty I definitely agree with the concept of a lefty-specific model being produced. Right now I'm mostly using backlocks since they are ambidextrous; however, the idea of a cool knife designed specifically for me and my fellow left-handers is appealing. I'm glad that Sal is at least considering ...

Re: Enuff versus Tasman h1
I have both of these knives and I prefer the serrated Tasman over the Enuff Salt. I dislike the Enuff sheath and don't get along with sheepsfoot designs. The Tasman, on the other hand, is a pointy and mean cutting machine. I also find that it flicks open better than most other lockbacks, especially ...

Re: Usefulness of Sub-3 Inch Blades?
Are small blades still useful? Yes. However, I much prefer to have a bigger blade with me (like my HAP40 Endura). I like a bigger handle and the ability to do long slicing cuts. I also find many small knives don't flick open as well as bigger ones.
