Re: Mule Team Survey

1) Did you purchase a Mule Team knife in the past? Yes A11, you guys sent me 20CV by mistake and I sent it back, it might have been the last one you guys had if I recall. Should have kept it and got both! What was I thinking haha 2) Did you put a handle on it? Yes, one from you guys 3) Did you make ...

Re: Are sprint runs too limited?

I don't really have problem with exclusives but sprint runs have become pretty difficult since they get released in 100 tiny batches that come up at random times on random sites. Pain in the tail. DLT did it right and waited till all came in and told when they were coming

Re: The best pocket knife ever

Thanks, I see! / Luckily I don´t have any knife related limits at all where I live, and that might be the reason why I vastly prefer locking folders and generally larger ones (Endura size). Just because I CAN (and mostly DO) carry them and so am so very much used to doing most task with such larger...

Re: The best pocket knife ever

Thanks! I guess I see what you mean. It does not bother me personally, but would the closed look in your opinion be better if they straightend the spine a bit (like "regular" Stretch vs straight spine Stretch)? That's what I was thinking but the blade would look just like a PM2 and wouldn't be as h...

Re: The best pocket knife ever

Just out of interest: What do you not like ab out the looks of it when closed? And is it something that technically COULD be changed without altering the overall design too much? Just seems like a knife drawn and designed opened. When closed we get what we get. They fixed the Paramilitary and gave ...

Re: The best pocket knife ever

I love my urban. Might love my UKPK a little more. Would love both of them even more without the d pivot screw nonsense and less blade play. My all time favorite right now would be the Kapara it's basically an updated upgraded pm2 in my eyes. Only thing that the Kapara could do better is for me the ...

Re: Spyderco PassAround - Fillet Knife

Oh, man. I would buy that knife in a heartbeat. Where was I when it was offered? confused Oh, and I want to make sure this a pass-around and not a reach-around. TIA I think they sold them in the 90s and Sal found a few in storage so gave them away in exchange for a charity donation https://forum.sp...

Guy in the CC on YT said he has two Rex models coming this week
Pretty sure they're both the native models. BladeOps had the g10 up for sale (I missed it, sadly), and the lightweight up for pre-sale.
I have the pm2 and Manix might get the lil native but I might be close to the limit!

Re: Kapara in s90v?

I love my Kapara it's amazing, almost like an improved PM2 imo. I think it would be cool if they found a way to drop the liner inside the scale or make a full Ti handle with compression lock built in. I think a super blue laminated blade would be awesome for a food knife but any fancy stainless woul...

Re: Manix 2 rex45 g10 model

I’m not sure where the rocks came from but they were inside the plastic with the knife when I opened the box from National Knives1AFD3C35-F191-40F8-BDF2-688D4D4ABF46.jpeg Are they silica from the desiccant packet? I was going to let it ride, hoping he would put two and two together! I assume some p...

Re: Spyderco Cleaning Mat?

Fair enough, it is an officially licensed product. Even still, I will stand behind my comments about being cautious with licensing. This is not something I would want my company's name on and not a business I would want to associate my company with. But, it isn't mine and I have no say, only advice...

This was a nice mail call surprise, National Knives included a big ole orange microfiber polishing cloth with the Manix REX 45; didn't expect that :spyder: I was excited too, but mine came with rocks in it...??? Thankfully the action is smooth and not having issues caused by grit in the moving part...
