Well...I went to lightly sharpen mine and expose a little new steel before I put it into use, and found.... ...that the factory grinds are extremely uneven between sides. One side is pretty close to 15 (a little more actually) but the other is larger than 20! In other words, the 40 degree Sharpmaker...
