With all due respect i think it looks like a "BaliSong converted" regular blade in a bit of a "home cooked" fashion.
It hurts my OCD when i compare it to the OG Spyderfly or Hinderer Nieves..

This is just a guess, but it looks like a small hippo tusk. It's got the right shape and flattened section at the end. I have gotten educated guesses suggesting the same elsewhere. Can someone tell me from what animal the crooked tusk/tooth is from? The flat (actually slightly curved) piece is mammoth tusk. Salt 2 for size reference.
