Re: Sage 5 Lightweight Frenzy

We have "Button Lock" planned , but capacity is an issue. What other locks would you like to see on Sages? sal Button lock Neely lock Power lock The "strap lock" Buck use on the Marksman (unless it's proprietary/patented by Buck) I liked the Marksman a lot, but think the lock could be refined, alth...

Re: Sage 5 Lightweight Frenzy

That's a pretty strong assertion. How has the Sage series moved backwards? Probably in reference to the return of the Sage 1 in Maxamet, but I don’t entirely share their opinion. Correct. AFAIK the Sage series is about different locks on a common blade configuration and that's what i want to see, n...

Re: Sage 5 Lightweight Frenzy

Perhaps i am not alone in silently wishing for the Sage series to move forward, to the Sage 6 instead of sideways and backwards :) That's a pretty strong assertion. Shame on Chevrolet not to make the '68 Camaro. I didn't have the money to buy one back then (i was just 7 years old) but with the prices they demand today from ruthless scalpers i think it is long overdue that Chevrolet make a re-run..

Re: Your longest period of time WITHOUT a Spydie purchase

Let's see.. I was 32 when i bought my first Delica, carried it for 12 years and didn't buy any Spydie in that time. After that it went downhill in a hurry :)

Re: What knives in your collection keep wow-ing you?

First one/s to pop up in my mind is the old Moki made Jess horn. They are assembled like Swiss watches. The original 16 Kopas are right up there too. And the C22 Klotzli Walker.. And The Terzuolas, Wayne Goddards.. The list goes on really :)

Re: 45th Anniversary Knife?

I would bet the decision to make one and what model was decided some time ago. Perhaps even a year or more. Sal is always mentioning the long queues and lead times. But I’ll add my wish of a Damasteel Military with the 45th on the blade like the Anniversary Native. And CF too of course. :spyder: Ho...

Re: Spyder Classics: The C-52 Calypso Jr.

Here's mine, from the CX-04S to the latest SuperBlue variant. I think this is all the variants (Obviously not SE/PE in every variant, nor the PRCA models, but other than that i think they're all there :)

O.G. Spyderfly

Done a quick search, but i haven't been able to find out if the original VG10 Spyderfly is illegal to sell to/in the US?
I've been thinking of letting some US outfit sell it for me if that is possible.

Re: missed opportunity - showroom in Golden

We (me and fiancé) enjoyed our stay/roadtrip in Colorado last September very much!
Only thing missing was actually saying hi to Sal in person :)
I'll never forget Mesa Verde, Lookout mountain with Buffalo Bill's grave, Garden of angels etc etc.. Memories for life!
