Re: Police 4 Lightweight Observations

The Police lightweight is definitely a winner. Fit and finish is excellent as well, it's the nicest FRN knife I've seen out of G Sakai.

My understanding is that some dealers got small shipments (<10 knives) early as part of the premier program.
You could repeat this 500 times and still nobody will listen :D

Yes, the Endela really needs some love right now. Perhaps a never-before-seen config to spark interests.

Re: is this delica real

Seki does laser etch current production knives, and the color looks correct for a C11FPBL.

It does look fake though, based on the handle molding.

I wish someone would send this stuff in for a VOA so we could learn exactly which motor/gear oil bottle it comes out of :D

Teal color is best color for Japanese anything. I only wish it were a tad darker.

Re: Maxamet Para 3 in stock

Wow what an incredibly uninformed reply. That's great for you if you want to end up having to pay more to get in-demand models. That's the trajectory we're on if we accept this behavior. They are taking advantage of less savvy/informed buyers who will look at the price in comparison to similar item...

Re: Maxamet Para 3 in stock

National Knives has the Para 3 Maxamet in stock on their website. What I find disturbing is they also have listed them on ebay for $210.93 rather than $191.95 - effectively advertising for two different prices to get chumps on ebay to pay more. I hope I'm not the only one bothered by this. They're ...

I don't understand how and why this hypothetical " proud tip issue " started but people should be less ostentatious and more realistic and not try to create dark scenarios. We are talking a 65 $ little slipit here so... This! I was thinking the same, decided not to say it, but since you did I will ...

Re: AEB-L Urban sprint issue.

What am I missing here...? It looks to me like they corrected the previous issue of the blade contacting the backspacer by adding more space between the two. Yet somehow this warrants complaining about "QC"...

It was $120.
This version with shipping will be $123.94.

Re: M390 Delica Blue FRN Bento Box Shop Exclusive

And this is why we love Bento. $120 for a FRN Delica, must be a new record. Any other dealer would have happily priced it at MAP, $94.25 with free shipping or actual cost shipping.

Giving price gougers their own exclusives is a great idea.

Re: New M390 Bento Box Shop Exclusive

It almost has to be Seki knife. Have they done the Caly? I would like that. Weird to see a non Japanese steel in Japanese knife though but I guess they did use S30V That etching is definitely from G. Sakai, so that would put the Caly out. My bet is on a Delica, but maybe they'll surprise us with on...
