Are you EDC'ing your WATU...

......and what are you thinking of it?
It seems like an easy to carry knife, slim and light weight. The blade is thin, should be a great slicer. Speaking of the blade, the CPM 20CV has a good rep.
I want another compression lock, this seems to fit my wants in size, weight, and blade steel.

Re: Astute First Impressions

Thanks for the review.
I could like this knife with it's slim design (beautiful), thin handle is welcome (the other China knives are a bit thick and heavy).
Whenever they are in stock at my supplier :) .

Re: 1st Impressions Of The New SpyOpera

Nice looking knife, love the canvas Micarta, as well as M390.
Wow  handle to blade ratio. I think adding the lanyard to the back end ???

I may still get one if I hear good things

I have the "Military" family of knives, Mili, Para 1 2 3. Often wondered why the thin, narrow tip.
Love my Para 3's though.

Cruwear, I like!

Image

Swapped blades to this nice gray FRN, what a combo.
Cruwear cuts so aggressively and is so easy to keep it that way. :) Others I like M390, 20CV, 1095, VG10, but Cruwear . :D
MORE CRUWEAR PLEASE.

Re: Sage 5 Lightweight

Good news! Sage LW in CTS XHP would be right on. I really like XHP, but even in my very limited experience it seems to be really close to S30V (current Sage 5 LW) in most of its properties (edge retention, "sharpenability")... maybe an additionally iteration of this knife should feature a more "dif...
