Re: Please give the GB 1 the titanium treatment.
I like the GB1 and the Advocate. Not sure I'd like a cross between the two.

Re: Why no Spydies with white scales?
At one time I suggested/wished for a Double Bevel with white G-10. No one listened, of course. Haha
The DB is the knife my wife got me for our 20th wedding anniversary, and has since become my "gents" knife. Would have been awesome in white.

Re: One-handed pocketing
This thread made me laugh so hard when I read the OP's rant. The reason it was funny was because I was just trying to pocket my PM2 earlier in the day and had to use two hands. And upon reflection I realized, I'm always pulling the pocket edge out with the other hand, so, yeah, my pocketing of any c...

Re: Spyderco prybar
I have the Leatherman one on my key chain. Can't remember the last time I used it though. I do remember the last time I was frustrated with it. It was last night....yeah, it gets in the way when turning my house key to open my front door. I just use a flat head screwdriver tip most of the time if I ...

Re: What lock is next for the Sage series?
I'm not proficient in the knife lock and I'm not loner knowledgeable regarding Benchmade, so my suggestion here, well, I might bumble it a bit. Back in the day I had a Benchmade Auto that when the blade was deployed you could repress the actuator button and unlock the knife. It was not an axis lock,...

Re: Vallotton mini?
Thanks guys. How did I miss this knife being shown? I've seen that video before!! Haha.
Anyway, I know why I couldn't remember. That recurve is a MAJOR turn off for me. And, there isn't enough blade to straighten it out. Too bad, would have been a nice addition.

Vallotton mini?
I heard grumblings on a another forum of a mini version of the Vallotton sub hilt.
Did I understand correctly? If so, can someone in the know put up some specs. I'm interested to know.

Re: Spyderco swag?!
Its not difficult at all to have these things made. There are even companies out there that would produce the stuff and sell it for Spyderco. And, yea, this is a good way to create some extra revenue. Heck, I have stickers and t-shirts made all the time (one-offs, personal use and never for sale) wi...

Re: Millie or Para with Wave Opener: Yes Or No?
I like the Spyderhole too much to give it up for a Wave.
The Wave is cool and all, but I don't think I'd want to be limited to tip up carry.

Re: Where are the 3 inch blades?
I have a soft spot for the 3 inch blades. Bought my Sage one for that very reason. Wish I could have picked up a Caly 3 when they were around. I moaned and groaned over wanting Spyderco to make more 3 inch blades for a long time, it seems....screaming the loudest concerning the PM3. But, I have been...

Wow. I didn't know these were out there.
I really dig how the assembly folks use the fixtures to assemble the knives, instead of just fumbling around in the air or on a table surface. A totally ingenious idea.

Re: How the **** did this happen? (PM2 appreciation)
Good choice for #2 Tom, the S110V is one of my very favorite, the one I got is probably the best PM2 I've gotten yet, plus S110V is some amazing steel just don't let it get too dull, I touch mine up often. I hate to say though, it probably won't be your last. :D I know it won't be my last. I won't ...

Re: How the **** did this happen? (PM2 appreciation)
I don't absolutely hate the digi. I mean I love the color sage, A lot. I have a lot of gear and clothing in sage. It's a cool color. You see...I have this other set of clothing...that was given to me....in the same color and digi pattern ;) ...so I don't really desire a knife to match it. But, on an...
