Re: Spydercos self-loosening pivots
I can’t really add anything that hasn’t already been said.. I did have the pivot loosen and fall out of a benchmade 940.. Now every knife I buy I will always check to see if the pivot has some blue locktite..I have been carrying the same pm2 now for years over 6 years it’s worn smooth but the pivots...

Re: S30V, VG-10; But If I Had A Choice???
I have not had any issues with S30V..It’s not hard to sharpen.I like the toothy edge off the medium grit sharpmaker stones..I sharpen vg10 a little finer than S30V..But I have never decided against a knife because it’s s30v..

Re: Shaving sharp off a reprofiling stone
I’m not a pro by any means...I use a sharpmaker To keep my knives sharp..In my opinion after years of back in forth I have stopped moving past the brown “medium” stones..Each time I go all the way to ultrafine I feel I have lost something when I’m done..The edge will pop hairs, but for me and what I ...

Re: Para 2 as EDDC
I have to admit that this is the first time I've seen the acronym EDDC..But this is describes exactly the way I've used a knife all my adult life..As someone who grew up and lives in Texas from cubscouts on I have allways carried a knife. For edc and if I was ever in danger SD..That being said..I've ...

Re: China > Golden ?
The tenacious I have is a nice knife for the money,Well made. However on my example the g10(black) is not near as grippy as my golden paramilitary2 which I like The extra traction. So I see agree that the China spydercos have a smoother g10..The action on mine is nice but not as nice as my Taiwan or U...
