Generally, I carry a PE and a SE in rear pockets, plus a Leatherman Micra on keychain.
Current PE options are Ulize, Para 2, CaraCara 2.
Current SE options are Civilian, Rescue 2, Hawkbill.

IMO, the standouts in the Byrd line are the fully-serrated FRN models. Lightweight, dependable, massive cutting power, low maintenance, high value.
Wish there were FRN-FFG-SE CaraCara and Meadowlark versions available.

I don't have many Spyderco knives. The quickest three are [in order of quickness], G-10 Civilian, followed by the G-10 Ulize, followed by the Byrd FRN Rescue 2.
