well... i tried the clip from a Benchmade 921 and it fits perfectly! can't wait to get ahold of an extra clip to replace the junky one that came on my Crossbill!

i've heard murmurings on some ETA's:

Bulk of the Byrds - mid march
CF Harpy - late march
SPYKER - early april

obviously things can change but it looks like Spyderco is on the ball!!!

ok...i'll cave. there's a CF Harpy coming out in PE and SE. it's true. they're gonne be pricey but certainly one of the coolest knives of all time by anyone!

ps- the PE SS Harpy does exist in very small quantities. i sold mine on ebay this year and it went for almost $160!!!!

i'm an american gun owner. i believe in the right i have to keep and bear arms. i like shooting and would certainly protect my family if forced to.

BUT

i would gladly give up my guns if my doing so could prevent violent crime. life is the most important thing we've got.

$250 is MSRP. i'm certain that it'll be a lot cheaper than that in the real world. probably less tan $200.

as for the design, i held it. it's a great design and it's very well done. i would have liked to see it be assited opening but i guess that's because it was made at spyderco and they lack the ...
