Re: Proposal: Spyderco Midtechs
This seems to be the trend in the knife industry. I would probably buy-in to this, but I feel as it has been mentioned, the Taichung models are essentially mid-techs. I own the Slysz Bowie and it is so nice and near the custom version (I do not own the custom though). I still appreciate all models f...

Re: LC200-n: What we know and what it means
Thanks for your thoughts/testing on this steel SurfG. I am definitely interested, primarily folders though. It would be sweet to have a ti framelock salt if that is possible!! It would indeed be sweet aj. I would certainly buy one but the truth is I probably wouldn't use it much. For me when a knif...

Re: Slysz Bowie!
I got mine on Saturday. I've only spent two days with it, but I absolutely love it. It isn't perfect, but it's very, very close, closer than anything else I have or have handled. I took a ton of pictures and will be posting a full review/impressions/comparison. http://i1049.photobucket.com/albums/s...

Re: Slysz Bowie!
I received the Bowie a few days ago and have been breaking it in. It came a little tight but glassy smooth. Now the blade swings more free and even glassy smooth. This is a great knife and makes my Sage 2 feel like an inexpensive knife. To me, this feels like a high-end production knife. I feel like...

Got mine in - second to post pics (Nice pics Roger). This is my first Yohimbo and it is better than I thought. Design and F&F are outstanding. Blade drops freely out of the box and lock-up is rock-solid. http://i1033.photobucket.com/albums/a413/pricosurf/20140918_131055_resized_zpsf3dbfbdc.jpg ...

Description: This picture was taken at the public boat access on Topsail Island, NC in the intercoastal waterway after a day of kayak fishing. The Pacific Salt is a major tool I use to cut bait, fishing line, and all other fishing related tasks. My favorite part about the knife is that it is so main...

Hey AJ, those are really different knives and I love them both. I always carry the tasman clipped to a cord around my neck and the salt 1 (or Pacific Salt) in my waistband. The tasman is almost worthless for cutting bait but unbelievably useful for other tasks. The two make a great combo, though it...
