Is the onine catalogue correct?

Admittedly, I havent been back here in a while. I have been busy, and not in the market for a new knife as my Native III has been treating me well, but I was stunned. I am looking to pick up a new Assist as mine was stolen from my truck and I was floored by the prices. Are they correct? Did they rea...

Spyderco Assist Handle

I just got an Assist for my Bday (bringing my total number of :spyder: to 9) and I can't get over the handle. It is AWESOME. It has replaced my rescue as my truck knife. I would love to see this handle on a drop point blade or something similar to a Native blade. Are there any knives in production w...

I hit this forum as well as ETS and EDCForums, but not much else. I used to read KF and BF, but I just don't have the time anymore to keep up. I had a bad expirience at BF, so I don't go there unless I really need some info I can't find here or my other forums.

Very nice work. I just got into kydex, having made a sheath for a khukri, and a combination Rescue/Center Punch hold for my trunk. The holder for my car was my very first attempt, and boy did I make mistakes on that, but a two year is handy to stand on your forms for you!!

I travel all the time, and like the others said, you can put your knife in your shaving kit. One thing I did is buy a zipper cordura bag. I place all my EDC items in it right on top of my checked bag. That way, TSA won't screw around with my bag and can inspect my stuff easily. In the past 8 months ...

D-Roc, I would agree about the Military. I carried one for years, and I did break the tip. Not by much, but you can tell. Those needle tips are great, but very fragile. I switch my millie out with the Native III for EDC. The only reason for that is that the blade is so honking huge that I dont like ...

My Natives

I posted a few days ago that I could not believe the difference a year had made. Well in looking through the online catlogue, I saw the Iraqi Freedom Native. I immediately went to order one, as I have a similiar tribute knife from CRKT. Well I saw that I could not get it online, so I went to my PX t...

What a difference

So I dont really check this forum, or track Spyderco for about a year as I have been in Iraq and then moving to Virginia, and I am now speachless! Collaborations with Jerry Hossum, and if that wasn't enough, new Salt series knives! I then just about fall out of my chair when I see the prototype of t...

I would just be happy if they updated the old dyad. I dont care about handles, locks, etc, I just want a Dyad with a Delica blade and rescue blade.

I am a huge fan of CSI, and there are aways Spydercos on that show. I dont know the titles of the episodes, and I am not as computer literate as some of you to get screen grabs, but: In one episode, a man was buried up to his neck in dirt, and his face was cut by an SE Delica to attract animals. As I slide into my flame retardant oversuit, I post this message: I recently got one myself, numbered 893. Overall, I am impressed, but at the same time, I am a little disappointed. First off, my good points. This knife is built like a tank. Strong lock up and the heft of the knife it great. For wha...

Snubnose,

Could you give some more details about this knife? I would definately be interested in a knife designed for the Military.
