Re: Do I need a dragonfly 2?

Little, practical light knives like the DF are the ones most people find comfortable to actually carry. The DF is a pleasure.

A Cricket, plain or fancy, is a superb and classy Spydie, so small, light, and slim.

Re: Is 8cr13mov hard to clean when badly rusted?

Take a toothbrush and put it under the tap to make it wet. Now dip it in baking soda (bicarbonate of soda). Use this toothbrush to scrub the rust off your knife. Keep adding more baking soda and continue scrubbing the blade with the toothbrush for at least five minutes. Examine the results and repea...

Re: Are Spyderco prices getting out of your reach?

I will just say that it would be nice if some suitable future models were to be offered in FRN, so as to keep the price affordable for those Spydielovers who don't have a lot of disposable income, that might be a good thing. Spyderco buyers on a budget are a good market for Spyderco - there are more...

Re: Best for arthritis?

I want to ask if any of us has advice about dealing with pain from arthritis. I know this isn't a forum of doctors, but sometimes you can learn useful info from people suffering from the same disease. Any ideas for dealing with arthritis pain so that sleep is possible, other than using opiates? Than...

Which model is this unusual Spydie (pic)?

Can anyone tell me which discontinued Spyderco this unusual design is? It's the third photo down in the ad. Thanks.

The Techno is a fantastic gentleman's pocket knife. It's small, strong, extremely sharp, non-threatening and is a very stylish design. I love it.

I think that it is legitimate to be concerned about this issue. Radioactive metals have been recycled and turned into household items and cutlery like forks in the past, and countries from Jamaica to Russia have rejected Japanese cars due to contamination by radiation from Fukushima. Today Kenya has...

In regard to serrated models, I just hope that Sal re-issues the FRN Spyderhawk, and the Carbon Fibre Harpy. Would Spyderco still have the already-paid-for-and-ready-to-go mould for the FRN Spyderhawk? Would it be expensive in such a case to run off a few, say, 600 hundred examples as a re-issue or ...
