Hi Jot, thanks for your post. The design of your knife has always been very interesting, i didnt realize it was specifically designed for self defense. Is there more you can tell us about the design of the knife as it relates to self defense?

the spyderco lava is one of the most underrated spydercos in my opinion, i actually just joined right now so i can beg sal to make a regular production version in black frn, this is such well thought out design for a pocket knife.

i think a larger version of this knife would work well too.
