decent priced than you have to go for the pocket jack by flexcut but for somewhat more you have the fantastic nilakka
Would be wondefull if there was something like a real spyderco whittling knife .

Yes that must be a good woodcarving folder , good size, sov steel , smooth edge, when i knew this before i did not buy the paramilitary but this one

yes a beautifull chain and nice i looked up the nilakka has s30v steel like the paramilitary ,
pity it is not a folder still easy to carry i would buy it at once.
No the endura has no vg10 but zdp-189 [ATTACH]22928[/ATTACH]
the spoons were made with what was left of the endura :)

no it is just more making spoons or rough shapes to finish them later at home where i have the finer tools .
bought a paramilitary last week , it seems fantastic steel only the edge is a bit short .

Still looking for an usable spyderco folder , the best untill now is the modified old endura 4 the steel is hard enough and the handle gives a beautifull grip.
I also experimented with the equilibrium but its too little and the vg10 steel bends on the edge .

Lil temperance must be a marvellous woodcarving knive too ,the bigger handle is just fine , can someone say something about the hardness of the steel i love to use hard woods like boxwood and indian orange .

I love the idea using the equilibrium as a moneyclip ill gonna try that.
Think the tree bigger knives suitable for woodcarving are the persistance the tenacious and the ambitious , couse the sharp end of the blade is nearest to the handle and permits more pressure on the wood.

Sorry brian think i mean waggling , eh the movement the blade makes when it does not really fits in the handle , or the washers are worn .

Hello all , bought a equilibrium knife because i always wanted a folding knife especially for woodcarving .
The equilibrium knive has all the features i searched for, nicely hard steel very stable and not wackling blade and really easy to have in my pocket.
Does anyone here uses spyderco knives for ...
