ebay question

Do people listing knives in ebay as replicas still make them counterfeit? Even if the knife has the logo and markings of the company and or collaborator?

We are learning Martial Blade Concepts. The instructors teaching are MBC certified and I will be taking weekly classes for $15 for an hour class. It is pay week per week as you go. Ganzo should be prosecuted. I am not sure how suing a Chinese company works. They've been using Spyderco, Benchmade, Ontario and Esee designs for a while.
