I can sharpen a knife, and do pretty well, make a blade hair splitting sharp, but I dont understand some of the terms, like an "Inclusive Angle" what does an inclusive angle entail? is that the main edge or a secondary edge?

I was wondering if I should get the edge pro apex and if it is well worth the money spent... it is quite expensive and I can get my blades quite sharp already, but I am looking to do this more professionally, would this be considered a professional system? I see that Jeff "Cutlerylover" on youtube uses a thing called ballistol for his knives, but I was wondering if ballistol was the way to go or if another oil would be better, and if there is a better oil, what may that be so I dont waste money on sub par oils. :)

I am a knife sharpener, and have been practicing it for a year or so now. but I see people on this forum with their edges like mirrors and it awe strikes me every single time, how do you guys do this? I can strop a knife and make it shiny, but the edges that some of these people have on their blades...
