I got my military back today. I could not be more impressed! The knife is like new again. Many parts like the screws, lock bar etc... where replaced. The knife is 100% in working order. It has no side to side play and the smallest hint of up and down play. There is no reason this knife can not be ca...

Spyderco military! Its a big blade and is the best knife i have ever owned and carried. I have knives that cost 4 times as much and i still carry the military more. choose your poison. G10 or titanium. I promise you will love it!

well you boys obviously want it so im glad its being made for that reason! i may even try one out. i can see both sides of the argument very easily. i wanted the function of a fully serrated military very badly. so i ended up paying $200 for a 1997 produced model. that is a special knife to me since...

I would honestly prefer the worker stay discontinued. Ithink the reason it is cool is because it is a heritage knife and is no longer in production. The worker would just be another spyderco if it was re released. that's just my opinion though!

i should mention that with my satin finish military the rust spots i get are almost small little freckles on the steel. im not getting major blobs of rust or any thing even close to that. next time it happens i will try to get a few pics so you can see what i am talking about.

thats kind of confusing to me. you would think that anything that creates a barrier between the steel and the moisture would help prevent rust.

i would say dont touch it. i really doubt a cop or any type of law enforcement will be able to tell the difference of an 1/8 inch or really care.
