I’m really tempted. Has anyone purchased from white mountain knives with no contact between the blade and lanyard tube issues? Or is it just luck of the draw?

Man this one really caught my eye but I have a gray g10 cruwear para3 that rarely sees pocket time. How does the lightweight compare to the g10 models? I find the cruwear para3 loosing out to a lw chaparral, small sebenza, or spydiechef a most days...

Any word on this? I’ve been carrying the knife for the past couple weeks and the lick stick is still there. Does anyone have a smooth unlock, or will there always be a bit of galling?

I just took a look at my assembled techno (1) and southard, both also have the very sharp and clean transition between the scale finished ti and a darker smooth more polished lock interface. I just an email from knifeworks cancelling my Spydiechef order. The reason for cancellation was that the knife was discontinued.

Other than being hard to come by I hadn’t heard anything of the knife being discontinued. Is it really true?

Finally looks like I’ll get a lw chaparral from the campsaver sale. Multiple issues with the order but it should finally be here tomorrow!

Well after finally getting my order straightened out and told the lw chaparral was ready to ship, I’m back on hold. Apparently campsaver won’t have the knife until mid-Sept. I guess I’ll wait it out and see what happens. Starting to think it might be a lost cause though.
