Re: New Model Dropped: Chaparral Raffir Noble

Will Spyderco be restocking this one or is it a limited run? I want to get hold of one of these but I need to wait until later in the year.

Re: Spyderco Peter Rassenti Nirvana

I'd really be interested in a Small Nirvana, hopefully Spyderco has one on the drawing board. It would sell like hotcakes

Re: Sage 5 ... any news??

I just watched the KnifeHQ video from ShotShow where Eric talks about and shows the Sage 5. I happen to think that it's a very nice piece and I'd really like to own one. I don't want more than one Sage and have always thought that I'd get the Sage 2 back in my collection at some point but the Sage 5...

Re: Pocket knife perfection---Chaparral

I can't figure out why Spyderco doesn't release a 4th version of this knife. Actually the last two have just been different variants of titanium. Would love something a little different yet still gentlemanly.

Re: Speculation on the Chaparral 4?

I think FRN can look decent if done right like on Centofante as you state. I think though that it's still a compromise once you enter the gentlemans folder category. "Handle options will be chosen for their elegant appearance and functional utility with a focus directed at making the Chaparral ...

Re: Leafstorm Lovers?

Man I'm so bummed that they discontinued it. I had one that had a very sticky lock, and Spyderco found that it was defective, they didn't have another since it had been discontinued. I was sooooooo bummed. I chose a Caly 3 CF for replacement and ended up selling it because I liked Chaparral better a...

Officer Gigglez, I hope you were able to find one? If so what price are they going for these days? I have the Zulu and would have to say that it's ergonomics arguably stand above any modern folder that I have handled. It's just ergonomically perfect both in the hand and during use. The blade shape a...

Re: Speculation on the Chaparral 4?

Any new word on the status of Chaparral 4. The last two were beautiful but just didn't call my name, especially at their pricepoint. Hoping for something classy out of the 4 but still under $150 street price.

Nice! I have a Copper Beta-QR and a few Peak Eigers. That Beta is a really nice light. Yeah I have the Beta-QR in EN coated as well along with his Alpha Pen, they go great together, look like siblings. One of my favorite lights is the Peak Eiger AAA all dressed out with momentary and Prometheus Tit...

Wow, that is great! I would love that so I would be able to carry mine (3 inches or below). :D sir_mike, mine sat on my dresser for over a year just looking pretty and got carried very little. That is a great job gull wing. You should make yourself a few different scales for it. An exotic wood scale would be nice, or even a titanium scale and then flame anodize it. Marbled carbon fiber also would be sharp. I love using my Mini Southard, I carry it now more than I do my Sebenza.

A mini Spyderco Southard as in mini AWT Southard would be great(a 2.9-3 inch blade) I agree elena86, Brad Southard and Spyderco AWT to get together and do just that! :D how big is it closed now? Hey Editor, it is 10cm or 3.94 inches closed. Cutting edge appears to be about 72mm or 2.83 inches I got...
