I would recommend you Spyderco Jumpmaster Serrated Edge Knife. I use this knife to cut fouled lines out of propellers on tug boats and push boats. Even a 4" melted plastic line is no match for this awesome beast! My only complaint is that the straps on the plastic sheath to be worn on the calf ...
