S90V is my favorite. The blue Bentobox version. A bit overpriced, IMO, but it has the best fit and finish of any of my Millies. It's much smoother than my s30v millia as well. I'd like to get my hands on an M390, but they're really expensive at this point.

I don't get up in arms about other peoples knives. I just like that other people like them to. Yeah. If people take a real interest in knives, they'll naturally gravitate towards better and better brands and models. It's a learning process, just like anything else. Having said that, Tac-force or wh...

I got one for Christmas and I've carried it every day since. I'm wearing jeans, so I don't feel the weight, but if I was wearing shorts or nylon hiking pants, I'd have to switch back to my Millie or Native. Love the knife, tho. I think it'll be my "Official Cold Weather EDC" from now on.

I've seen a couple videos on Youtube where some guys went out in the woods and beat the **** out of a Manix2XL. They were batoning with it, hammering, chopping, and the knife held up perfectly. The Manix2's lock seems to be capable of taking more abuse than other locking systems. Personally, I do fi...

I can't put down my new Native

For some reason, I had not purchased or even handled a Native until a few days ago. But then I decided to buy myself one of the Knifecenter exclusive brown Native blades in CTS-XHP....sweet little baby jesus, this thing is amazing. It's smaller than I expected, but I love it. I love the ergos. It's ...

Hi Collector. Welcome to our forum. When we select a maker for our knives, we research the person. The mind, the trust, the ability, the reliability, the long term potential. We have few in the world that can meet our demands and we feel fortunate when we get the opportunity to meet andn work with ...

I'm kind of anal about blade play, so I prefer a few torx screws on my blades. Having said that, I've had a few pinned Spydies, including my most recent KC Native, and they've all been spot-on and play-free. In fact, I've never had a Spydie I couldn't adjust to my preferred level of tightness with a...

Those are all great entry-level Spydies, but wait til you get your hands on a Millie/PM2 or a Gayle Bradley. Then you'll really be screwed. :D

Anyone done any serious testing with their Cruwear Millie yet?

I know they've just come out and I'm sure few, if any, of you guys want to subject your new prize to some crazy YouTube torture test, but if anyone has considered making a video of some jdavis-style rope-cutting or whatever, I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated. I don't like putting myself on Yo...

I'm kind of anal when it comes to centering and ZERO blade play, so I end up tinkering with a lot of my knives to find that sweet spot of centering/tight lockup/ease of opening. I do prefer screws, but Spyderco has great QC so I've yet to be disappointed in any of the above categories. **** my Emers...

http://imgur.com/a/XhChJ Got mine yesterday. And yes, I already got blood on it. :p It's much smoother than my standard Millie. Feels just like the blue s90v, which is perfect. Mine doesn't have and numbers on the blade next to the :spyder: . What do those numbers mean, anyway? Is there a small por...
